Full-Time
Essential Functions
-Provides for the safety, stability and well-being of children and families during the referral period.
-Delivers culturally competent, strengths-based case management services to children and families consistent with the evidence-based practice models.
-Provides at least monthly one-on-one supervision with staff.
-Monitors the completion and quality of required reports and other essential documentation.
-Maintains a cooperative working relationship with foster families, community agencies and other local referral and funding sources.
-Facilitates development and implementation of support groups, Pressley Ridge and other training, mentoring, and incentives for both children and parents, to include on-site activities for children and youth, and a virtual option for families when needed.
-Provides 24/7 availability to respond to and assist with emergency situations. This includes providing substitute coverage for staff one weekend each quarter.
-Assists in hiring, training and evaluating employees in the program.
-Conducts annual employee evaluations and assists with retention strategies.
-Represents DCCCA at events, presentations, and internal/external meetings as requested by the Director.
-Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Licensure
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
-Proficiency with computers and Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Ability to efficiently operate other office equipment such as telephones, voicemail systems, copy and fax machines, and scanners.

Travel
-Certain positions will require travel which may include driving personal or company-owned vehicles. Note: Even with a valid driver's license, certain motor vehicle infractions may render individual's ineligible to drive company-owned or personal vehicles for company business. Such infractions may also disqualify employees from continued employment with DCCCA, Inc.
