Full-Time
Job Functions:
-Tracks CPA data and documentation regarding critical incidents, placements, monthly reports and/or file reviews.
-Updates Electronic Record system as needed
-Monitors, collects and submits Children Alliance, Medicaid, and/or DCF billing as required by verifying data and identifying discrepancies
-Creates and communicates information to staff and foster parents
-Answers phones and returns all voicemails within 30 minutes
-Provides on-going support services to CPA staff
-Requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
-Performs clerical duties as required including maintaining equipment, arranging for maintenance, and/or reviewing inventory levels of supplies and reordering as necessary
-Job may require the employee to be able to regularly drive to various DCCCA locations and other business locations throughout the day including early morning or evening hours
