CPA Training and Licensing Specialist
Full-Time
Position Overview:
- Identifies and follows up on potential contacts for prospective foster parents within the same day or if received after hours, on the next business day
- Assists prospective foster and adoptive families in enrolling for DT classes
- Conducts Deciding Together (DT) classes for prospective foster and adoptive families
- Assists family with obtaining fingerprints and out of state checks if needed
- Collects all required DT paperwork from prospective families
- Completes DT Leaders Summary and Recommendations
- Provides support to prospective foster families
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field or related field required
- Requires at least two years' experience providing child welfare and/or family services
- Requires a detailed understanding of foster parenting
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background and reference checks, drug screen and fingerprinting
