Position Overview:
- Functions as CareLogic System Administrator, providing technical support to program staff and coordinating Qualifacts support tickets on behalf of all staff groups that use CareLogic
- Establishes new CareLogic users by assigning logins, passwords, and privileging upon request, including temporary users for purposes of external audits
- Perform daily monitoring of CareLogic entries to ensure data accuracy, including, but not limited to data areas of duplicate clients, addresses, gender, ID numbers, income, referral source identification, and race
- Review CareLogic Release Notes for relevance to DCCCA operations, obtain additional implementation information from Qualifacts as necessary, review relevant releases with Behavioral Health and Finance leadership staff, and notify program staff of new Certification/Production functionality
- Creates behavioral health data reports, using CareLogic functionality, under the direction of Behavioral Health leadership
- Maintains updated facility KMAP credentialing, including the submission of annual facility licenses.
- Communicate with insurance providers and other third party payers to obtain benefits, copays, etc.
- Communicate with contracted payers for invoice, claims, authorization, etc. procedures (e.g. Department of Corrections or drug courts)
Requirements Include:
- Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Requires at least three years of relevant job experience
- Must possess a valid state Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by DCCCA policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position
