Family Preservation Services Clinical Manager

Full-Time

Position Overview:

- Supervises in-home therapists and the integrated case managers
- Responsible for clinical best practices, in conjunction with the management team
- Oversees the day-to-day activities associated with providing the intensive in-home services
- Facilitates team members in skill development and to become familiar with contract requirements
- Accepts and screens referrals and makes case assignments
- Assists the Program Director in hiring and training staff
- Provides 24 hour, 7 days a week support to staff and remains available during crisis situations

Requirements include:

- Master's degree in social work or related field is required
- Master's level license by the BSRB is required; clinical licensure is preferred
- Must have two or three years of prior experience in behavioral health or children/family services;
- personal experience with addictions treatment is preferred
- Minimum of two- or three-years supervisory experience required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background checks, reference checks, fingerprinting and drug screening

Travel

This position requires travel, which may include driving personal or company-owned vehicles. It may also include driving with other passengers in the vehicle, and/or driving as a passenger with other drivers. Note: Even with a valid driver's license, certain motor vehicle infractions may render individual's ineligible to drive company-owned or personal vehicles for company business. Such infractions may also disqualify employees from continued employment with DCCCA, Inc. This position is considered to be a safety-sensitive position.
