Represents the agency at designated local and regional events/meetings
Liaisons with community coalitions in the region, either in person or virtually, to assess training and technical assistance needs
Monitors community coalition training and technical assistance plans and logic models; provides or facilitates the acquisition of subject matter expertise to support coalitions in achieving goals and objectives
Assists with program development, implementation, and evaluation as necessary to meet funding requirements
Assists with subject matter content during the development of e-learning modules; helps create and promote social media and other virtual learning communities to connect coalitions
Actively seeks community member collaboration in the use of data, designing, developing, and creating a learning space for all members
Requirements include
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Requires a minimum of one year of experience in community-based health issues and/or training; Experience in adult education, health promotion, and/or knowledge of behavioral health prevention topics preferred
Requires college hours in human services, teaching, social work, public health or other related field
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
