Family First Prevention Services (FFPSA) is a family-centered, collaborative intervention for families with child protective services’ involvement and children 0-5 years of age, who are impacted by parental substance use. START is a voluntary program where families work with a case manager and family mentor to help parents achieve recovery and keep children in their home when safe and possible.
